DISPATCH TIMES
All of our orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt, with a whopping 98% being sent on the same day as your order is placed. Orders placed after 1600 on a Friday will not be processed and dispatched until the following Monday. Please note, as at 15 May, we are experiencing a high volume of orders and whilst we're still getting most out within our usual tiimescale, there may be a slight delay.
UK 1ST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY (standard delivery)
Orders for goods to be sent in the UK take 24-48 hours to be processed although we do manage to get 98% of all orders out the same day! Our standard delivery method is 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery which takes 1-5 working days from dispatch. A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel so please bear this in mind when you choose a delivery address.

If you need your items by a certain date, we highly recommend you choose the Special Delivery option at checkout. We are unable to guarantee delivery times by other methods.

SPECIAL DELIVERY FOR URGENT ORDERS
We are pleased to be able to offer you the option of Special Delivery which is perfect when you need your goods in a hurry. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours and is guaranteed to be with you by 1300 the following day after dispatch. A signature is required so please ensure that there will be somebody at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
Orders placed on a Friday are NOT guaranteed to arrive on the Saturday but by the following Monday.

There may be times when we are unable to offer a Special Delivery service and on these occasions, that option will not be present at the checkout. PLEASE NOTE, special delivery is NOT available on party packs.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD
Parcels to non-UK destinations are sent by Air Mail Small Packets. This service takes FROM 3 working days but can take significantly longer, depending upon where you are in the world!
You, the customer, are responsible for any customs charges or import taxes arising from the purchase of your goods. We are unable to advise on this as the customs regulations vary from country to country.
